These Terms of Service govern access to and use of seojq, including our SEO testing, monitoring, analytics, and reporting services.
Acceptance of terms
- By accessing or using seojq, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced by them.
- If you use seojq on behalf of a company or client, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Service description
- seojq provides SEO monitoring, Google Search Console and GA4 based analytics, keyword rank tracking, SEO A/B testing workflows, alerts, and reporting tools.
- The service may change over time as we add, remove, or modify product capabilities, integrations, and limits.
User obligations
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, and ensuring that users in your workspace have appropriate permissions.
- You must only connect Google properties, analytics accounts, websites, and customer data that you are authorized to access and process.
- You may not misuse seojq, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Third-party services
- seojq integrates with services such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
- We are not responsible for third-party service availability, data accuracy, permission changes, or API limitations outside our control.
Billing and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed according to the selected subscription terms. Taxes, if applicable, may be added to the billed amount.
- You may cancel before renewal. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in your plan.
Limitation of liability
- seojq is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that SEO outcomes, rankings, traffic, or revenue will improve.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, seojq will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict of law rules.
- Disputes should first be raised by contacting slmhyy@gmail.com so the parties can attempt to resolve them informally.
