Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of seojq, including our SEO testing, monitoring, analytics, and reporting services.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using seojq, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced by them.
If you use seojq on behalf of a company or client, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

seojq provides SEO monitoring, Google Search Console and GA4 based analytics, Meta advertising analytics, keyword rank tracking, SEO A/B testing workflows, alerts, and reporting tools.
The service may change over time as we add, remove, or modify product capabilities, integrations, and limits.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, and ensuring that users in your workspace have appropriate permissions.
You must only connect Google properties, Meta businesses and ad accounts, analytics accounts, websites, and customer data that you are authorized to access and process.
You may not misuse seojq, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, or use the service for unlawful activity.

If you connect Meta or Facebook services, you authorize seojq to access the Meta businesses, ad accounts, and advertising data you select using the permissions you grant. The current integration uses ads_read and business_management for read-only account discovery, analytics, monitoring, and reporting.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to grant this access and to process the advertising data in your seojq workspace. You must comply with the Meta Terms, Meta Platform Terms, advertising policies, and all applicable laws.
You may revoke seojq's Meta access through Facebook or Meta Business Integrations settings. Revocation may disable Meta-based features. Requests to delete previously imported Meta data are handled under the data deletion instructions in our Privacy Policy.

seojq integrates with services such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Meta Platforms. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party service availability, data accuracy, permission changes, or API limitations outside our control.

Paid plans are billed according to the selected subscription terms. Taxes, if applicable, may be added to the billed amount.
You may cancel before renewal. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in your plan.

seojq is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that SEO outcomes, rankings, traffic, or revenue will improve.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, seojq will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Disputes should first be raised by contacting slmhyy@gmail.com so the parties can attempt to resolve them informally.
