Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how seojq collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our SEO testing, search monitoring, analytics, and reporting services.

Information we collect

  • Account information such as name, email address, workspace details, billing status, and support messages.
  • Product configuration data such as connected sites, projects, tracked keywords, page groups, tests, reports, and notification preferences.
  • Usage data such as login events, feature usage, device and browser information, IP address, and diagnostic logs used to keep the service reliable and secure.

Google API usage

  • When you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics 4, seojq requests only the permissions needed to read SEO and analytics data for the properties you authorize.
  • Google Search Console data may include sites, pages, queries, clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position. Google Analytics data may include property, traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • We use Google API data to provide dashboards, SEO tests, monitoring, alerts, and reports inside seojq. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it except as needed to provide the service, comply with law, or protect users.
  • seojq's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Meta Platform and Facebook data

  • When you connect a Meta advertising account, seojq requests the ads_read and business_management permissions. We use these permissions only to identify the businesses and ad accounts you authorize and to read advertising performance data for dashboards, analysis, monitoring, and reports that you request.
  • Meta Platform data may include your Meta user and business identifiers, access token and granted permissions, ad account identifiers and settings, campaign, ad set, ad, and creative metadata, and delivery or performance insights such as spend, impressions, clicks, reach, and conversions.
  • The Meta integration is read-only. seojq does not use these permissions to create, publish, edit, or delete your ads, and we do not post content to Facebook on your behalf.
  • We do not sell Meta Platform data or use it to build advertising profiles for unrelated purposes. We share it only with service providers needed to host, secure, support, and operate seojq, or when required by law, and those providers must process it on our behalf and under our instructions.
  • Our processing of Meta Platform data is subject to the Meta Platform Terms and applicable Meta developer policies. If those requirements conflict with this policy, we will process Meta Platform data in accordance with the stricter applicable requirement.

How we use information

  • We use collected data to operate seojq, authenticate users, sync authorized integrations, calculate SEO testing outcomes, generate reports, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability.
  • We may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand product performance, but this data does not identify individual users or customer sites.

Data retention

  • We retain account and workspace information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
  • Integration data is retained only as long as needed for the connected workspace, reporting history, legal obligations, security, backups, and dispute resolution.
  • If you disconnect a Google or Meta integration or request deletion, we will delete or de-identify associated data unless retention is required by law, billing, security, fraud prevention, or backup obligations. Residual copies in backups are isolated from ordinary use and removed according to our backup lifecycle.

Data deletion instructions

  • To stop future Meta data access, remove seojq from Facebook under Settings & privacy, Settings, Business Integrations, or revoke the app from the equivalent Meta account settings page. You may also disconnect the Meta integration inside seojq when that control is available.
  • To request deletion of data previously received from Meta, email slmhyy@gmail.com from the email address associated with your seojq account. Use the subject “Meta data deletion request” and include your seojq workspace or project name and, if available, the relevant Meta ad account ID. Do not email us an access token or password.
  • We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the relevant account. After verification, we will delete or de-identify the associated Meta access token, connection record, account metadata, and imported advertising data, except information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. We will confirm completion using the email address from which the request was submitted.

User rights and choices

  • You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information.
  • You can revoke Google access from your Google Account security settings or by disconnecting the integration in seojq.
  • You can revoke Meta access from your Facebook or Meta Business Integrations settings. Revoking access stops future collection but does not by itself delete data previously imported into seojq; follow the data deletion instructions above for deletion of stored data.
  • You may contact us to object to processing, restrict processing, or ask questions about privacy practices, subject to applicable law.

Security

  • We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and disclosure.
  • No internet service is perfectly secure, so we also encourage customers to use strong passwords, least-privilege Google access, and appropriate workspace permissions.
